updated the professional year data structure and response of professional year drop down.
Changes:
added isactive and deactivatedon filed in both study field level and branch level. We can know if a studyfield is canceled or a branch stops running.
added validityperiod_months in study filed level. give freedom of setting different validity period for different study field.

Visa Education Points Calculation:
- Customer details no longer store status of education on whether or not they are valid for regional study and specialist education.
- The system iterates through the customer's educations and grants points if any of their educations are valid for Australian study, regional study, and specialist education.

- The system now allows for multiple ongoing degrees under a user's education history, offering more flexibility.
